Bathroom tiling tips

When decorating your bathroom there are a few things you need to remember. In this short article we run down some of the most important things you need to keep in mind when putting new bathroom wall tiles up.
Get yourself ready
You will need to make sure you clear your work space and prepare it for redecorating. This means cleaning walls and making sure they are completely free of moisture before you begin.
You will need the following toolset:
• Grout and adhesive
• Tile cutting tools
• Sponges to wipe away excess materials
Waterproof materials
When shopping for grout or adhesives you must ensure that these are water proof. This is not so important for other areas of the house (i.e. kitchen) but the bathroom is a room that sees a lot of water so your materials need to stand up to this.
Be patient
When you have applied your tiles you must wait at least 12 hours for the sealant and grout to dry – unfortunately this may mean popping next door to borrow your neighbours shower!
